Delete your caKao account
If you would like to delete your caKao AI account, you can request deletion here even if you no longer have the app installed.
Request account deletion
Email us from the email address associated with your caKao account. Use the subject Account Deletion Request. We may contact you only if we need to verify that the account belongs to you.
What will be deleted
When your account is deleted, the personal information and data associated with your caKao account will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to limited retention where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes.
Delete from the app
You can also delete your account directly from caKao through the account settings in the app. When you delete your account in the app, your account and associated data are removed immediately. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
