3. Eligibility

3.1. Participants must:

• Be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

• Hold a valid caKao account in good standing with no suspensions or disciplinary actions.

• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted and not prohibited by law.

3.2. Excluded parties:

• Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, and directors of caKao.AI.

• Immediate family members or household residents of the above individuals.

• Any individual barred by applicable law from participating in promotional sweepstakes.

4. Qualification for Entry

4.1. Users may earn entries into the monthly Sweepstake through two methods:

(a) Streak Method: Achieving seven (7) consecutive days of meeting daily calorie goals confers one (1) entry into the monthly Sweepstake. A broken streak resets the count. Users may attempt a new streak if time within the same monthly cycle allows.

(b) Daily Spin Method: When users log a meal or activity, they may receive one (1) opportunity to spin the prize wheel, which may award one (1) entry into the monthly Sweepstake, subject to the outcome of the spin.

4.2. There is no limit to the number of entries a user may accumulate within a monthly cycle through either or both methods.

5. Monthly Draw & Reset

5.1. The Sweepstake operates on a strict monthly cycle.

5.2. Entries are valid only for the month in which they are earned. Entries do not roll over, transfer, or accumulate from one month to the next.

5.3. We pick a winner on or around the last day of each calendar month. caKao.AI may adjust this timing slightly to accommodate holidays, weekends, or operational needs.

5.4. To ensure everyone has an equal shot, winners are selected using a certified random selection system that ensures fairness and complies with promotional regulations.

5.5. In addition to the primary winner, we may draw two alternate winners to serve as replacements if the primary winner is ineligible or does not claim the prize.

5.6. Winners will be notified via in-app message within seven days of the draw. Winners must confirm acceptance and provide a valid delivery address within fourteen days of the notification.

5.7. Failure to confirm or provide accurate information shall result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be contacted.

5.8. At the beginning of each new month, all entries are cleared and the qualification process resets. Users must again complete seven consecutive days to re-qualify.

6. Fraud Detection, Prevention & Enforcement

6.1. caKao.AI uses smart detection systems to preserve the integrity of the Sweepstake and ensure the competition remains fair for the whole community.

6.2. Our system looks for activity that does not seem possible, such as improbable calorie data or logs that do not match data from your connected health platforms like Apple Health or Google Fit.

6.3. Please do not use automation, scripts, fake accounts, or misleading data to game the system. We want to reward real health progress and genuine effort.

6.4. If we detect cheating or prohibited conduct, we may disqualify those entries, remove earned trophies, or temporarily suspend the account to protect the program.

6.5. caKao.AI may occasionally request evidence of activity, such as screenshots of wearable data, to verify a winning streak. Refusal to comply may result in disqualification.

6.6. All determinations made by caKao.AI regarding fraud or misconduct are final and binding to ensure the program stays secure for all users.

7. Voluntary Participation

7.1. Users are not required to participate in the Sweepstake as a condition of using the App.

7.2. Participation is optional, and users may opt in or opt out at any time.

7.3. Non-participation shall not reduce, restrict, or otherwise impair user access to the App’s features.

8. Jurisdictional Restrictions

8.1. The Sweepstake is only offered in jurisdictions approved by caKao.AI.

8.2. Eligibility shall be communicated via in-app notification.

8.3. Where local laws prohibit, restrict, or impose licensing requirements on sweekstakes, the Sweepstake shall be deemed void.

8.4. caKao.AI reserves the right to restrict participation where prohibited by export controls, trade restrictions, or consumer protection laws.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. If a disagreement arises that we cannot settle together, we agree that the dispute shall be resolved through professional arbitration (ICC) rather than in court. This process is designed to reach a fair and efficient conclusion for both parties.

9.2. These rules are governed by the laws of Singapore, though we also respect and apply any mandatory consumer protection laws that exist in your home jurisdiction.

10. Termination & Amendments

10.1. caKao.AI reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstake at any time, subject to compliance with applicable law.

10.2. Users shall be notified of amendments via the App. Participation following notification shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms
