caKao is an AI wellness companion that helps you tune into how you're showing up each day, through mood, stress, sleep, energy, and the small shifts only you can feel, reflected back as your GlowScore. The #caKaoVibe Sweepstake is one of the ways we celebrate users who keep showing up.

Sponsor

The #caKaoVibe Sweepstake (the "Sweepstake") is sponsored and administered solely by caKao ("Sponsor"). Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstake, including prize fulfillment.

How It Works

In select countries, completing your first daily check-in gives you a chance to spin the prize wheel. Each spin may award a Sweepstake ticket. Tickets are entered into a monthly drawing for the prize described below.

The Sweepstake runs for limited periods and is not always active. caKao determines when, where, and for how long it operates.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry

  • Have a caKao account in good standing

  • Reside in a jurisdiction where the Sweepstake is offered and permitted by law

The following are not eligible: caKao employees, officers, directors, contractors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members.

If you are eligible, an in-app banner will indicate so. If no banner appears, the Sweepstake is not currently available to you.

How to Earn Entries

Standard method: Complete your daily check-in within the caKao app. Your first check-in each day may grant a spin on the prize wheel, which may award a Sweepstake ticket. Additional check-ins throughout the month provide additional chances to earn tickets.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each monthly entry period. The drawing will occur on or around the last business day of each calendar month. Timing may shift slightly to accommodate holidays or weekends.

The winner will be notified by in-app message and by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner must respond and provide a valid shipping address within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to respond within this window will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Tickets reset at the start of each month and do not roll over.

Prize

One (1) prize per monthly drawing: the latest flagship iPhone model (as determined by Sponsor at the time of the drawing). Approximate retail value (ARV) will vary by model and region and will be disclosed in the in-app announcement for each entry period.

The prize is provided as-is. The manufacturer's standard warranty applies; Sponsor provides no additional warranty. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason or if substitution is required by law. The prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

All taxes, fees, and expenses associated with receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete tax forms before the prize is awarded.

Fair Play

Sponsor employs detection systems to identify fraudulent check-ins, automated activity, and inauthentic accounts. Any attempt to manipulate the Sweepstake through bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or other deceptive means is strictly prohibited.

If fraud or manipulation is suspected, Sponsor may void affected tickets, remove earned items, suspend or terminate the account, and disqualify the participant. Sponsor may require verification of identity, age, eligibility, or authentic engagement before awarding any prize. Sponsor's determinations regarding fraud and eligibility are final and binding.

General Conditions

Participation is optional. You do not need to participate to use caKao. You may opt in or out at any time, and no app functionality is restricted if you choose not to participate.

Availability is limited. The Sweepstake operates only where permitted by local law. It is void in jurisdictions that prohibit promotional sweepstakes or require registration, bonding, or licenses that Sponsor does not hold.

Modification and termination. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstake at any time for any reason, including for fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that affects the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstake. Notice will be provided in the app. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the change.

Release of liability. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstake or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstake shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The Sweepstake is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the participant's place of residence.

Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to caKao's Privacy Policy, available at cakao.ai/privacy.

Winners List

For the name of the winner(s) for any monthly drawing, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address above with the subject line "Winners List Request," or check cakao.ai/rewards within 90 days of the applicable drawing.

This Sweepstake is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not sponsors of this promotion and have no involvement in its operation, administration, or prize fulfillment. By entering, participants release Apple Inc., Google LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the Sweepstake or any prize awarded.
