caKao.AI is the first AI-powered wellness platform designed to make eating well and living healthy both easy and effective. By combining intelligent nutrition tracking, smart exercise insights, and fun rewards, caKao.AI helps users build lasting habits that improve their lifestyle - whether at home, at work, or while traveling. The Sweepstake Pool is one of many ways caKao.AI motivates its community to stay consistent, celebrate progress, and enjoy the journey toward better health.

1. Prize Announcement

1.1. Each month, eligible users of the caKao application (“App”) shall have the opportunity to win one (1) premium smartphone as the designated prize of the Sweepstake Pool (the “Sweepstake”).

1.2. The Prize shall be, at the election of the winner:

  • One (1) Apple iPhone 17 Max Pro; or

  • One (1) Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Pro.

1.3. The Prize shall be awarded exclusively by caKao.AI and delivered directly to the winner, subject to the terms below.

1.4. The Prize is offered strictly as-is. caKao.AI makes no warranty, express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for purpose, or manufacturer's performance. Warranty coverage, if any, will be subject to the manufacturer’s standard terms.

1.5. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except at the sole discretion of caKao.AI, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability, supply chain disruption, or legal restrictions.

2. General Overview

2.1. The Sweepstake is a promotional incentive designed to encourage users to build sustainable, healthy lifestyle habits - namely, eating well and living well, through the App.

2.2. Participation in the Sweepstake is entirely voluntary and not required to access or benefit from the App’s core features.

2.3. The Sweepstake shall be available only in jurisdictions pre-approved by caKao.AI. Eligible users will be explicitly notified by an in-app notification. Absence of such notification constitutes official ineligibility.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Participants must:

  • Be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

  • Hold a valid caKao account in good standing with no suspensions or disciplinary actions.

  • Reside in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted and not prohibited by law.

3.2. Excluded parties:

  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, and directors of caKao.AI.

  • Immediate family members or household residents of the above individuals.

  • Any individual barred by applicable law from participating in promotional sweepstakes.

4. Qualification for Entry

4.1. Users earn a “Trophy” when they meet their personalized daily calorie goal, calculated based on meals logged and exercise recorded.

4.2. A streak of ten (10) consecutive Trophies confers one (1) entry into the monthly Sweepstake.

4.3. Up to two (2) entries per user per monthly cycle shall be recognized, even if additional streaks are achieved.

4.4. A broken streak resets the count. Users may attempt a new streak if time within the same monthly cycle allows.

5. Monthly Draw & Reset

5.1. The Sweepstake operates on a strict monthly cycle.

5.2. Entries are valid only for the month in which they are earned. Entries do not roll over, transfer, or accumulate from one month to the next.

5.3. The draw shall occur on or about the last day of each calendar month. caKao.AI reserves the discretion to adjust timing to accommodate holidays, weekends, or operational requirements.

5.4. Winners shall be selected using an independent randomization algorithm that ensures fairness, integrity, and compliance with applicable promotional regulations.

5.5. In addition to the primary winner, two (2) alternate winners may be drawn to serve as replacements in case the primary winner is deemed ineligible, unresponsive, or forfeits the prize.

5.6. Winners will be notified via in-app message and/or email within seven (7) days of the draw. Winners must confirm acceptance and provide a valid delivery address within fourteen (14) days of the announcement.

5.7. Failure to confirm or provide accurate information shall result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be contacted.

5.8. At the beginning of each new month, all entries are cleared, and the qualification process resets. Users must again complete ten (10) consecutive Trophies to re-qualify.

6. Fraud Detection, Prevention & Enforcement

6.1. caKao.AI employs a multi-tiered fraud detection system to preserve the integrity of the Sweepstake.

6.2. Measures include, but are not limited to:

  • Behavioral Analytics: Identifying improbable streaks, abnormal calorie or exercise data, or patterns inconsistent with human physiology.

  • Time Validation: Rejecting mass backdated entries, batch logging, or edits inconsistent with real-world nutrition or exercise timing.

  • Cross-System Verification: Validating activity against connected health platforms such as Apple Health, Google Fit, or wearables.

  • Geolocation Checks: Comparing IP address and device location to ensure lawful use and detect account sharing.

  • Device Fingerprinting: Ensuring logs originate from legitimate, consistent user devices.

  • Anomaly Detection AI: Deploying machine learning models to identify suspicious behaviors, duplication, or bot-like activity.

6.3. Prohibited Conduct:

  • Submitting false or misleading nutrition or exercise data.

  • Use of automation, scripts, or third-party bots to simulate compliance.

  • Account sharing, collusion, or creation of multiple fraudulent accounts.

  • Any manipulation intended to artificially meet Trophy requirements.

6.4. Enforcement Measures:

  • Disqualification from the current Sweepstake.

  • Forfeiture of all earned Trophies.

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of the App account.

6.5. Audit Rights: caKao.AI may request evidence of activity, including screenshots, device sync logs, or wearable data. Refusal to comply may result in disqualification.

6.6. Finality: All determinations made by caKao.AI with respect to fraud or misconduct are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

7. Transparency & Fairness

7.1. caKao.AI is committed to ensuring the Sweepstake is conducted fairly and transparently.

7.2. Monthly draws may be subject to independent verification or audit by a recognized third-party compliance organization.

7.3. caKao.AI may, at its discretion, publish anonymized details of the draw process (e.g., winner country or first name and initial) for transparency.

7.4. caKao.AI shall not disclose personally identifiable information of winners without explicit consent, except where required by law.

8. Voluntary Participation

8.1. Users are not required to participate in the Sweepstake as a condition of using the App.

8.2. Participation is optional, and users may opt in or opt out at any time.

8.3. Non-participation shall not reduce, restrict, or otherwise impair user access to the App’s features.

9. Jurisdictional Restrictions

9.1. The Sweepstake is only offered in jurisdictions approved by caKao.AI.

9.2. Eligibility shall be communicated via in-app notification.

9.3. Where local laws prohibit, restrict, or impose licensing requirements on sweekstakes, the Sweepstake shall be deemed void.

9.4. caKao.AI reserves the right to restrict participation where prohibited by export controls, trade restrictions, or consumer protection laws.

10. Local Regulatory Compliance

10.1. Winners are solely responsible for all duties, tariffs, or fees arising from receipt of the Prize.

10.2. Winners are encouraged to seek independent legal or tax advice.

10.3. caKao.AI disclaims liability for any penalties, interest, or legal consequences arising from a winner’s failure to comply with tax obligations.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Unless prohibited by law, all disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

11.2. Governing law shall be the law of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s jurisdiction apply.

12. Termination & Amendments

12.1. caKao.AI reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstake at any time, subject to compliance with applicable law.

12.2. Users shall be notified of amendments via the App. Participation following notification shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

13.1. If any provision herein is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
